Start with dinner.
Not a fancy dinner or anything just a simple dinner to be able to talk and get to know each other a little better. Somewhere where is a nice environment and fun so there won't be too many awkward moments.
After dinner we would go to a fair going on or an arcade, a place to have fun and feel more comfortable with each other and of course play some games.
Wrap up the night by having a drink at a bar...
Not asking too much I think :) but in short this is what my first perfect date would be like... or an out of pattern date with your partner :D <3
