Oh the nastiest habit of chewing on the ends of my pens either the end or the cap. However, after so many people telling that is unsanitary I've been trying to stop doing it. I am so much better now, to help me stop, I also stopped chewing gun and am so much better at not chewing on the ends of my pens. Just thinking that I could potentially be getting germs is what made me actually stop doing it, well I still find myself doing it at work or when studying here and there but as soon as I realize it I stop.
